Come try free dance workshops with Thomas E.S. Kelly at this weekend's Dockside Festival.

Don't miss this chance to learn from one of Australia's most dynamic Indigenous choreographers.

Presented by Vitalstatistix and Karul Projects, award-winning Indigenous choreographer Thomas E.S. Kelly is bringing his dynamic dance workshops to Hart's Mill this weekend as part of Dockside Festival.

Energy packed to make you sweat, laugh and move all whilst sharing in rich First Nations culture. This 45-minute dance class is for everyone. Come along, clap your hands, stomp your feet and shake those legs while sharing cultural stories through Indigenous dance.

Kelly brings impressive credentials to these workshops, including a Green Room Award for his work [MIS]CONCEIVE and extensive experience with leading dance companies across Australia. His unique choreographic style combines high-intensity physical performance with cultural practice, voice, and physical percussion.

On the cusp of Karul Project’s Adelaide Festival premiere, The Walking Track, Kelly, a celebrated Minjungbal-Yugambeh, Wiradjuri and Ni-Vanuatu artist, leads participants through high-energy dance sequences that blend traditional cultural elements with contemporary movement.

"These workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of dance experience, participants will sweat, laugh, and move while learning cultural stories through Indigenous dance."
